Terms of Use

Effective date: October 26, 2026

By using QR Free Forever, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The Service

QR Free Forever is a free tool for generating static QR codes and downloading them as images, running entirely in your browser. It is provided "as is," with no accounts, no sign-up, and no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

QR Codes Do Not Expire

QR codes made with QR Free Forever are static: their content is encoded in the image itself, and scanning them never contacts our servers. They have no expiry date, require no subscription, and keep working even if this site changes or goes offline. A code can still stop working if what it encodes stops working, for example a website that goes offline or a Wi-Fi password that changes, or if the printed code is damaged or hard to scan.

No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Because every QR code generation happens locally on your own device, we have no visibility into or control over what you process. We make no warranties about the result of any use of the tool and are not liable for any loss of data, unexpected output, or any other damages arising from your use of the site. You use QR Free Forever at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The design, branding, and content of QR Free Forever belong to its operator. Any content you encode and any QR codes you generate remain entirely your own — they are never uploaded or transmitted to us, so we claim no rights over them, and you may use the generated codes for any purpose, including commercially.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use automated tools to scrape, overload, or otherwise disrupt the site. Beyond that, QR Free Forever is a small, free tool without accounts or restricted areas, so there isn't much else to spell out here.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
